By submitting this application, you attest that all the above statements are true and correct and that the applicant signed below has the authority to bind your organization to this agreement. If your organization is selected for a donation, you agree, individually and on behalf of your organization, that Norman Family Foundation, Inc. (NFF) and/or GMF Steel Group, Inc (GMF) and its employees, agents or assigns can identify and use your organization's name and trademarks for promotional purposes related to the donation and hereby grant the right and permission to use/reuse, publish/republish, and/or copy photographic images, slides, digital images, videotape, film, audio, interview material or any combination thereof, for inclusion in any promotional, educational, or advertising purposes by Norman Family Foundation, Inc. (NFF) and/or GMF Steel Group, Inc (GMF). Further you agree, individually and on behalf of your organization, to waive all rights to fees and compensation for any use, replication, publication, or distribution of any such materials and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Norman Family Foundation, Inc. (NFF) and/ or GMF Steel Group, Inc (GMF), its employees, agents, and its board of directors from any liability resulting from the use of any of the above-mentioned material and/or media. Reciprocally, if your organization (“Recipient”) is approved to receive a donation from Norman Family Foundation, Inc. ("Donor"), NFF grants Recipient license to use Donor's name and trademarks for a reasonable period of time after the donation for promotional purposes, such as donor and donation acknowledgement, list of sponsors, and similar purposes, provided such use complies with Donor's trademark usage guidelines as may be provided to Recipient from time to time. Donor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke such license at any time by providing written notice to Recipient.
